After two years hard work, Maison De L'Orb is emerging as one of the most sought after and delightful places to stay in the area | | Situated facing the River L'Orb and by Pont Vieux, a highlight of a summer stay is sitting in the garden, having a pre-prandial drink, and watching the sun go down on the horizon. Located a mere ten-minute walk to the centre of town where there is an array of shops and cafes to tempt you. We are open all year round for accommodation, afternoon tea and dinner. | | We have five tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms have recently been renovated to the highest standard. Each room has its own character and decoration. Many original paintings adorn the walls and the rooms have a home from home feel. One bedroom has a private terrace. The décor is simple, original tile flooring, exposed stonework and beams, lime washed walls and simple white wash paint, French style beds and original shutters with cotton flow drapes to hide the midday sun. | | Built in the early Nineteenth Century in front of the old beach in Beziers, the house was originally divided into three separate apartments. In the garden stands the former laverie, which was used to wash the boats. This building makes a focal point to the garden, which features an array of fruit and olive trees.

Town Centre – ten minute walk, Polygon Centre, Canal Du Midi, fishing, mountain biking, indoor sports, river rafting, canoeing. | | Directions | Exit (Sortie) 34 from the A9 Autoroute. At the traffic lights go straight on following the signs to the Gare and Narbonne. Pass in front of the Gare and continue until you approach the traffic lights. Go through the lights, the road veers to the left. Get into the left hand lane. Take the third left signposted "Maison de Associations". Continue down to the bottom where you will will see the River Orb. Follow the road round to the right, under a bridge and to the next right turn. Turn right and the building immediately on your left is Maison De L'Orb.
If coming from the direction of Narbonne, pass over the bridge over the River Orb and take the first right, quite sharp, take the next right turn and continue to the River Orb as above. | | Transportation | Airport: Beziers Cap d'Agde

A welcome pack is also in each room detailing whats on in Beziers, recommendations, maps etc |

A deposit of 50% of the booking value will be required on your confirmation of the reservation if the date of arrival at your first accommodation is more than six weeks from the date of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. Otherwise, payment in full is required. Payment in full will also be required at the time of booking if the reservation value is 100€ or less. If payment of the deposit or of the full amount (as applicable) is not received by the Maison De L'Orb within five working days of the client completing the payment form, due to incorrect credit/debit card details being provided, the reservation will be deemed void and the host will be free to accept alternative reservations and could have to pay any administration costs.
If you cancel a confirmed booking, the following penalties apply - Cancellation received by us 14 days or less before the first night booked (this is the first date on your itinerary and not individual stops) - No refund is guaranteed. However if the host is able to re let the rooms then a refund will be at their discretion. You may be able to negotiate the refund on your booking at the discretion or our agents and staff at the then time.
Cancellation received between 15 days and 28 days before first night booked - 50% refund of the value paid plus an admin fee of 25€.
Cancellation received between 29 days and 42 days before first night booked - 75% refund of the value paid plus an admin fee of 45€
The deposit is non-refundable |
